в процессе транспортировки лампа немного помялась и поцарапалась,но это не критично,можно подкрасить,в целом,я очень довольна. ждала месяц

доставка была осуществлена немного с задержкой, чем прогнозировалось при заказе, около 30 дней. Светильники (их всего было 3) были вложены друг в друга, каждый в свой целлофановый пакет. но к сожалению, 1 светильник из 3 был помят, деревянные элементы все поцарапаны. ждем замены..

Пришел заказ быстро, отправился тоже быстро, но! Когда приехал мой заказ то упаковка была просто в труху. Стоит отметить, что упакованы светильники были очень хорошо. Они лежали в пенопластовой коробке и обернуты упаковочным материалом, именно поэтому они приехали без повреждений, почти, без повреждений. Декоративные верхушки, которые крепятся у потолка были поцарапаны, но поцарапались они потому, что были упакованы вместе с крепежом в одном пакете, а т.к. посылку пинали ногами, они активно терлись друг об друга. Я открыл претензию и договорились о том, что продавец вышлет мне новые накладки, хотя сначала он сопротивлялся и хотел отправить только две, но прислал три, так что я доволен

La lampara es lo que quería, aunque por desgracia llegó dañada por el viaje. Abrí disputa y me descontaron dinero. Destacaría un problema, no hai muesca o anclaje alguno entre la pieza de madera y el portalamparas y la pantalla. Se mueve a los lados

Светильник пришёл в срок. ДеревНная часть сделана из мякгих сортов древесины: имела вмятины. Возможно появились при транспортировке, хотя вся посылка упакована хорошо.

Заказывала 5 светильников: 2 больших, 2 маленьких и 1 средний, пришли в двух коробках из пенопласта, доехали до Балашихи за 17 дней, упакованы хорошо, обклеены со всех сторон, не помяты. На жёлтом светильнике видны пупырки, но это скорее всего заводской брак, во многих отзывах видела подобное. Сколов и трещин нет, все светильники в индивидуальных упаковках, плафоны сложены в виде матрёшек, все детали, провода и тд на месте. Как повешу – дополню отзыв фото
