Is Nordica Design shop a secure site?

We are providing to our customers a safe and secure shopping experience. It is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and we are protecting your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party.

Orders

How do I make an order?

Click on a product you like (please check always the size!) and add it to a cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process and soon you will own some Nordica Design product.

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size.

Do you accept back orders?

We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept backorders.

How do I return an item?

Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

Where is my order?

We will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your Junk folder).
Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

In the unlikely event, you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team via our contact us page.

What happens if I receive a faulty or a wrong item?

If you, unfortunately, receive a faulty or wrong item, please send it back to us within 14 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund. Faulty or wrong items will be checked on receipt and validated.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately not. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or canceled. You can return your order by mail as soon as you receive your package.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

What delivery options do you offer?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

Usually, we do split orders into multiple parcels. You receive tracking information for both of them. Do not be worried if you only receive part of your order in one parcel. The rest is on its way.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments by Paypal and Stripe. You can pay with Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.

How is sales tax calculated on my order?

The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination’s Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each item, after any applicable discount.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including return costs, are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

We will process your return on the same day we receive your item, once it has been processed we will send you an email confirmation (please check your Junk folder!) Your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

No customer has ever emailed us to say that they had to pay a customs fee. We are quite confident that you will not have to pay any customs fees. However, if a customs fee is required, it is not the seller’s responsibility to pay it.
